Where is my order?
If you need to know the status of your order, you are able to get the latest updates by checking your FORZA account. We also send occasional emails and SMS when your order has been received and processed.
How do I return an item?
Contact our customer service team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, providing your order reference and the reason for return. You will then be notified of the next steps for returning for your product.
What delivery options are available?
Orders shipped within the UK use our trusted partner Royal Mail's 48 service.
International orders beyond the UK are shipped using Royal Mail's International Tracked service.
What do I do if I have not received my order?
If you are based in the UK and have not received your order within 5 working days please contact our customer service team to investigate the location of your order.
If you are based outside of the UK, please allow 10 working days to receive your order before contacting our customer service team to investigate.
What payment options do you accept?
FORZA accepts Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard payments directly via the website. You are also able to checkout using PayPal.
When will I receive my refund?
Once a product return has been approved, you will receive a refund within three business days into your account.
