How to Use Meal Replacement Shakes

This product contains one or more flavours that can be enjoyed hot or cold.

Cold – Simply add the contents of one sachet (55g) to 250-300ml of cold water and stir with a spoon until fully dissolved. For an even smoother shake, mix the contents in a shaker cup.

Hot – Simply add the contents of one sachet (55g) to 250-300ml of recently boiled water and stir with a spoon until fully dissolved. Due to the use of hot water, please do not mix this product in a shaker cup.

It is important to maintain an adequate daily fluid intake when using this product. Remember: You need to eat at least one balanced and nutritious meal each day. Learning how to prepare balanced meals is an essential skill to long-term weight loss success. For example, you should try to avoid foods that are high in fat, salt and sugar, and eat more fruit, vegetables, oily fish and fibre.
