Adding to the new Bake It Slim range are two delicious protein mug cake mixtures. Available in vanilla sponge with chocolate chips and Double chocolate, these healthy mug cakes are perfect for when your sweet tooth kicks in, for keeping at the office, or for a quick lunch.

This fantastic new product is suitable for both men and women, contains 17.6g of protein per serving and takes just 90 seconds to cook. With such a high protein content, it will keep you full and content until dinner, as protein is a great appetite suppressant.

Bake It Slim Mug Cakes can be enjoyed by a variety of dieters, being both vegetarian and gluten free. Use occasionally as a reward for sticking to an exercise routine, or treat yourself every day for breakfast as a meal replacement, being only 250kcal per serving and including 22 different vitamins and minerals!

Add berries to the top for the perfect breakfast treat, or a small spoonful of peanut butter for an added protein kick before or after a workout.

Simply add two scoops to a mug with 50ml of cold water to a large mug and stir until it turns into a thick paste and place into the microwave. Heat the mug for 90 seconds, remove and leave for 1 minute before eating. Simple and delicious!
