1 sachet of Shake it Slim (vanilla flavour)
1 handful of strawberries
1 handful of blueberries
1 handful of raspberries
250-300ml (approx. ½ pint) of cold water
For this recipe, you will need a blender.
To start, simply empty the sachet of Shake it Slim into your shaker/glass and add the cold water. The powder is instantised, which means that it can be either mixed in a shaker cup or stirred with a spoon. Ensure the two are well combined.
Once mixed, add the strawberries, blueberries and raspberries to the liquid and place in a blender. Blend for approx. 15 seconds or until the berries have blended well to reach a desired consistency. Pour into a glass or shaker to serve.
