This recipe makes for a really light and nutritious breakfast option. Chia seeds are loaded with fibre, protein and Omega-3 fatty acids. They are best enjoyed after being soaked for a period of time as they become very plump and sweet. Combined with our Shake it Slim, this makes for a filling and enjoyable breakfast with minimal effort.
Start by combining the Greek yoghurt and chia seeds together along with a sachet of strawberry flavour Shake it Slim. Place in the fridge and leave it to refrigerate over night. In the morning, the chia seeds would have visibly expanded. Remove from the fridge and top it with your favourite granola and some chopped strawberries.
