Gingerbread Oat Bake

Need a little sweetness in your life? This guilt-free recipe tastes ridiculously yummy. It'll satisfy your sugar cravings and wont ruin your diet! 

 

Ingredients

  • 55g (1 sachet) of FORZA Shake it Slim (Vanilla Flavour)
  • 150g Oats
  • 35g Ground linseed (flaxseed)
  • 50g Coconut palm sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. Ground ginger
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 35g Raisins
  • 35g Chopped dates

 

Method.

Pre heat your oven to 190°C. Mix all of the dry ingredients together in a bowl and set aside. In a separate bowl, add the wet ingredients and combine the coconut palm sugar. Continue by mixing the wet and dry ingredients together. Line a baking tray (approx. 8x8) with parchment paper or grease the tray. Once the mixture is full combined, pour the mixture into the tray and bake for 30 minutes until golden. Lastly, remove the tray from the oven and set aside to cool for 5 minutes. Remove from the tray and serve!
