Start the day well with a burst of vitamins and minerals to power you through the day. This recipe can be customised to use a variety of different recipes, use this as a base and trial some interesting flavours.

Ingredients: 1 banana 70g blackberries 70g raspberries Runny honey
1. Slice a banana and place into a blender.
2. Add in the blackberries and raspberries, remembering to place the lid on the blender before switching on.
3. Ensure the consistency is smooth and then gradually add in some water until the texture is to your liking.
4. Add a drizzle of honey, serve and enjoy your smoothie.
