Through my youth I was a keen footballer playing for QPR, Fulham FC and representing my County. By the age of 16 I had a major injury and tore my ACL (anterior cruciate ligament). Whilst injured I started it hit the gym as part of my rehab and this was when my addiction to the gym began. I have been training for nearly 10 years however took me a long time to realise how important your diet is to hit your fitness goals.

For me, it’s hitting the gym first thing in the morning - it really sets my day up and leaves me free to enjoy my evenings.

Don't ego lift. Keep lifting effectively.

Overcoming ACL surgery and back playing football within 5 months

Watching T.V, playing football and spending time with the girlfriend.
