How to reduce body fat without having a nervous breakdown

We all know how difficult it can be to lose body fat. For some people this is a nerve-wrecking exercise that they hate; fortunately, it is possible to lower your body fat percentage without experiencing too much trauma.

Your first step is to follow a healthy diet and get sufficient exercise. There is no need to go on a crash diet - in fact, most of the time that is counter-productive. It is better to change your eating habits and establish an exercise programme in such a way that you can live with it, avoiding disrupting your everyday life.

Secondly, it is vital to get enough sleep. Fitness model Alex Crockford recommends seven to eight hours per night.

A moderate exercise programme is important. Crockford advises two - to four repeats of the following regimen once or twice a week: 15 thrusters, 10 box jumps, five pull-ups, 20 kettlebell swings and as many burpees as you can manage.

Try to gradually speed things up. Medium-intensity cardio raises cortisol levels and actually increases fat storage, so keep it brief, but aggressive.

Eat and drink more. That’s right: according to Precision Nutrition's Brian St-Pierre you will find losing weight easier if you add two helpings of healthy green veggies to your meals and drink a glass of water during the meal. If you eat out, eat more green vegetables and protein, and skip the starch and sugar.

Another secret is that adding muscle actually helps you to lose fat. According to the University of Michigan, you can potentially burn an extra 1050 calories per week by adding 1.5kg of muscle. Therefore, a couple of weight-lifting exercises might just do the trick…

You have probably heard about this one: Green tea is the most natural fat burner out there. Add a slice of lemon to blunt your body’s insulin response - making it less likely to store what you eat as fat.

Finally: eat more spicy food, such as Capsaicin found in chilli peppers and paprika to speed up your metabolism; drink more milk - calcium deficiency has been shown to slow down your metabolism; and increase your Vitamin D levels and fibre intake.

To make all of this easier there is an amazing supplement called Forza Fat Metaboliser. Specially formulated with core minerals and vitamins, these fast-acting fat metabolism capsules contain added choline for normal lipid functioning, which make them one of the top high-strength diet pills on the market.

Every capsule contains: Green Tea, Choline Bitartrate, Rice Flour as a bulking agent, Capsule Shell (HPMC, Titanium Dioxide), Guarana, Caffeine Anhydrous, Kola Nut, Capsicum, Nicotinamide, Anti-Caking Agent (Magnesium Stearate), Zinc Oxide, Calcium Pantothenate, Chromium Picolinate and Flow Agent (Silicon Dioxide).

More good news is that this product is suitable for vegetarians. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should not use it.

Start by taking one capsule per day with a glass of water to ascertain your individual tolerance before increasing the dosage to two capsules daily. Please remember that exceeding the recommended dosage is never a good idea. No food supplement, however good, is a replacement for a healthy diet and enough exercise.
