According to news reports this weeks, investigations into the impact of coffee on your health could have its benefits. 

People that drink between 3 and 4 cups of coffee per day are reportedly more likely to see health benefits rather than problems including lowering the risk of premature death and heart disease. 

The discovery made by experts from the University of Southampton and University of Edinburgh identified that four cups of the hot beverage was the optimum number to consume per day.

The study which was published in the British Medical Journal also found that the mighty coffee bean was linked to lowering the possibility of heart attacks, strokes, and Alzheimer's.

According to the British Coffee Association, the UK consumes 55 million cups of coffee per day with 80% of us visit coffee shops at least once a week, with 16% of us visiting every day! After the latest research we can only see this increasing further for our next coffee fix.
