Fitting exercise into your daily routine does not need to be as hard as you think. If you've not got time to go to the gym then you need not worry. Doing exercise little but often exercise can make all the difference. This short exercise move is designed to blast those dreaded bingo wings in the convenience of your own home. 


Tip: You can try this exercise move each time an advert comes on the TV. This helps to carry out the movement little and often. 



  • Find a stable chair or the edge of your sofa. 
  • Place your hands behind your back on the chair, shoulder width apart. Slowly lower yourself towards the floor, enough to where there is an angle just smaller than 90 degrees between the upper arm and the forearm. 
  • Repeat for the duration of 2-3 minutes. Keep doing this during every advert or whenever you get the chance.
