The ‘Latch’ singer has caught the attention of music lovers all over with his soulful voice, however recently it’s the star’s shrinking waistline that is catching everyone’s attention.

So what’s the secret to Sam’s recent weight loss?
The Grammy Award winner has said that his slimmer frame is all down to his nutritionist, Amelia Freer. She has given nutritional advice to stars such as James Corden and has helped many lose weight. Her approach is said to be refreshingly simple, she advises a diet that is rich in protein and fruit and vegetables.
However looking at Sam it seems that Amelia’s simple approach speaks for itself! It is thought that Sam has also been hitting the gym, something he didn’t do before. The star has been regularly posting images to his social media accounts of him at the gym or in workout gear.
Sam is thought to have been doing a mixture of cardio and weight training. It seems that the age-old method of eat less and move more has worked wonders for Sam! The singer at a recent concert looking noticeably slimmer In a recent interview, Sam opened up about how whilst growing up his weight was a constant battle, ‘When I was at school and wasn’t having a great time or when music wasn’t going very well, I would eat’.
He revealed that he felt controlled by food which then led to him being overweight. The singer’s fans were quick to congratulate him on his slimmer frame and it seems that his weight loss has inspired many of them to embark on a new healthy lifestyle. Along with his other accolades, Sam is proving to be quite the superstar!
