    Khloe Kardashian took to Instagram (for which she has 23.8million followers) and declared of her love of water. The stunning blonde stated that she tries to drink around 5-6 litres of water every day. She also revealed that her nutritionist had advised her to take this amount based on her BMI. Nowadays, the reality star is obsessed with infused waters.

    “Water tends to get boring after some time,” she said. So now Khloe is taking water in other forms such as detox water or fruit-flavored water which can be a combination of any fruits, vegetables, and herbs added to cold water. Infused water have proven effective in her aim to lose weight and gain better health. Many nutritionists have also agreed that a person gets more than 20 % of the nutrients from freshly squeezed fruit juices.
