The FORZA team was shocked to see pictures of television chef Nigella Lawson a fortnight ago, looking puffy and almost unrecognisable from the curvy figure that has graced our screens for over a decade.
Nigella, 51, was snapped stepping of a transatlantic flight looking worse for wear. This week Ms Lawson attended the Attitude Magazine Awards in central London, strolling down the red carpet in a figure enhancing black dress. It was evident that the effects of flying had caused her face to swell, as she looked back to her chiseled best mingling with other celebs on the night. Ms Lawson was unavailable for comment.
FORZA HIT celebrity fitness trainer to the stars Ian Guildford commented, “Flying on a regular basis can have a detrimental effect on the body.” “It is always advisable to drink lots of fluids to maintain hydration and to move your body and limbs regularly while on the flight to avoid deep vein thrombosis”.
Culture Club’s Boy George was awarded the Icon Award for Outstanding Achievement at the annual Attitude Magazine ceremony, whilst Olympic diving sensation Tom Daley received Attitude’s Man Of The Year award.
Nigella’s latest cookbook Nigella Christmas: Food, Family, Friends, Festivities is available to buy from Amazon now.
