Strictly Come Dancing contestant Frankie Bridge is geared up to ramp her training and performances to guarantee that she makes it to the end of the BBC dance competition. The Saturday’s singer has performed some stunning routines to date including the paso double with her Strictly dance partner Kevin Clifton. Having headed up the leaderboard on a number of occasions, Kevin is concerned that the singer struggles to get to grips with new routines. Kevin told Nick Grimshaw on BBC Radio1 that it takes her three to four days to learn a routine but comes good on Saturday night. There is obvious concern to Frankie fans with judge Craig Revel Horwood declaring last weekend, “That was your worst dance yet”.
Fear not! Slender Frankie is committed to ensure she reaches the final with practise sessions in between promotional commitments.
FORZA personal trainer to the stars Ian Guildford, who has whipped the likes of Luisa Zissman and Casey Batchelor into shape commented, “Frankie has had high expectations placed on her from the off.”
“Like with all challenges we encounter in life, focus is key. That is what separates us from achieving our goals or falling short.”
“Dedicating time, having the right support network and having the will to succeed are vital”.
Best of luck to Frankie! In true FORZA style, her dedication, inspiration and perspiration will ensure that she goes far in this year’s competition.
