Actor Scott Wright shows off his amazing body transformation…achieved in just 12 weeks.
Scott – who played stripper Sam Kingston in Coronation Street – went from being 'obese’ to having a 'Men’s Health body’ in record time by following a rigorous diet and exercise regime.
The former Rear of the Year winner started off with high body fat and man boobs - caused when he was asked to put on weight for a film role.
He lost 35lbs – going down from 15st 4lbs to 12st 11lbs – and his waist measurement went down from 42in to 32in.
Perhaps most startling of all was his reduction in body fat – from 27% to just 10%.
A key factor in his body transformation was his daily use of Forza Supplements’ Shake It Slim meal replacement drinks and Raspberry K2 supplements.
Scott, 42, said: “I looked terrible before I lost the weight - I was in shocking shape I had very little energy and completely ashamed of my man boobs and ever expanding waist line.
“I had always had a keen interest in fitness and always tried to look after my body, to the extent that ten years ago I took a break from acting and set up a gym and personal training business.
"My problems started when I had to put on some weight for a film role. I was only supposed to put on a stone-and-a-half but I totally lost all my discipline and put on two-and-a-half stone.
"The film producers were delighted because they wanted me looking a really heavy.
"In the past, I had always been able to shift the weight quickly, but this time I just could not get it off. I ended up in the worst shape of my life."
Before Christmas, Scott set himself task - get a body like a model in the magazine Men’s Health in three months.
He also teamed up with experts from Britain's leading health and wellbeing firm, Forza Supplements, who devised a low-sugar, medium carb diet and exercise plan.

Scott said: "I was more than happy it when I saw the pictures. I’m 42 now, so it's ten times harder to get get fit and reduce body fat than it was when I was 20 years old but I feeI that i have achieved all my goals. I’ll make sure that I stay in reasonable shape from now on!”
Scott said a key part of his weight loss strategy was swapping up to two meals a day for a Forza Shake It Slim chocolate or vanilla shake. He also took Forza Raspberry K2 supplements to give him more energy before a session at the gym.

Scott admitted that it was tough cutting back on his chocolate intake.
He said: “I started off determined to stick rigidly to an ultra low sugar and reduced carb diet.
"I did have the occasional lapse.
“I can be incredibly weak-willed. My mind plays tricks on me and I have a constant devil on my shoulder telling me to do the wrong thing, ‘Eat this, drink that.’
"But I got used to the new regime and as my body started to tone up, I started working harder and harder.
"It was incredibly rewarding to see everything looking a little bit more toned each week as I posed for the pictures."
Scott, from Manchester, starred in Corrie between 2000 and 2002, famously once stripping off in the Rovers Return.
The star, also a keen musician, has kept busy with his touring band and has recently been seen acting in the hit tour of The Shawshank Redemption and ITV’s Midwinter of the Spirit.
Scott added: “Now I have got a body to be proud of again I hope it encourages other guys my age that all is not lost!
"If I am ever asked to put on weight for another film role, I would have to think long and hard before I took it."
