Ray Quinn has featured frequently on television since first appearing in Brookside and since gained popularity competing on ITV's X Factor and Dancing On Ice.
When invited back to participate in the final series of Dancing On Ice against previous champions, Ray called upon FORZA to get him in peak physical condition. Over the course of two months, Ray dropped from 14st to 12st with body fat that registered at 20% down to an impressive 8%.
Ray's diet consisted of a range of unhealthy fast food and takeaways.
Before dieting:
Breakfast
Fried bacon and eggs.
Snack
Coke and crisps.
Lunch
Pizza and chips / Pre-packed sandwiches and crisps.
Snack
Chocolate bar and fizzy drink.
Dinner
Chinese or friend chicken take-away with 4-6 cans of lager.
Whilst dieting
Breakfast
Bowl of porridge. Protein shake after work-out with one spoon of peanut butter.
Snack
3-4 fruits and handful of almonds
Lunch
Steak, green salad and couscous.
Snack
Dried meat biltong.
Dinner
Lean turkey breast, sweet potato, green veg. Protein shake at 8pm.
